“Easy Summer Recipes”

Karen Burzichelli ‘s “cooling” cooking class was a refreshing presentation. Everything was prepared without heating the kitchen! Karen explained the ingredients of each recipe as she put it together. We were introduced to her favorite appliances as she chopped and mixed the Chickpea & Quinoa Salad and the Broccoli Slaw. The Instant Pot speedily cooked the quinoa. The food processor made fast work of the Date Snack Balls. Another favorite device is her Vitamix that made NiceCream from frozen bananas.
