Guacamole Dip from “Vegan” 100 everyday recipes
Ingredients serves 4
2 large avocados, juice of 1-2 limes, 2 large garlic cloves, crushed, 1 tsp mild chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pets and skin and discard. Place the avocado flesh in a food processor with the juice of the limes, according to taste. Add the garlic and chili powder and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer toa a serving bowl, garnish with chili powder and serve.

4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients 1 Cup crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup almond flour, extras: 1/3 cup roasted salted peanuts
Method: Mix peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla, Add extras, Mix in flour. Drop spoon size mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Smash litely with fork, sprinkle a few salt flakes on top. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
Chocolate Peanut butter Walnut Muffins
Ingredients 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup PB2 powder, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 6 Tablespoons sugar, 1 cup almond or any plant milk, 1 cup mashed banana (about 3), 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Method Mix all dry ingredients, Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fill 12 cup muffin pan. Bake 350 degrees 25-39 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
