Diwali, (also called Divali or Deepavali), is the Indian “festival of lights” that celebrates the triumph of light over dark and good over evil. While celebrated over a five-day period in most of India, outside of India it is typically celebrated on just one day. In 2022, that date is Monday, October 24th.
