The Vegetarian Society of South Jersey has compiled a list
of publications about vegetarianism and/or veganism that we deem worthwhile.
The publications below (and many others) may be purchased by contacting
the American Vegan Society.
The American Vegan Society (AVS), formed in 1960, promotes veganism
(veganism goes beyond vegetarianism in excluding all animal products such as dairy
products and eggs) as a way of life through public education. The AVS makes their
publications available by mail.
